Dedicated Concierge
Concierge services give residents access to watercraft refueling and house cleaning services as well as a staff available to meet contractors or vendors at residents’ homes—or just about anything that might otherwise require a separate trip.
Guest Cottages
505 Ranch’s beautifully-appointed guest cottages are available for visiting friends, family, business associates, and other guests of current homeowners and lot owners.
Maintaining these great spaces for our visitors is part of our central mission: to make 505 Ranch a community where our residents can make memories with the people most important to them.
Private Boat Docks
The ample depth of the water at the edge of 505’s properties let our owners launch directly from their docks all year-round. Our owners love how they can walk straight out the back door, out onto their docks, and speed away in a waiting boat.
Campsites
Ever heard of “glamping”? Well, that’s what we call spending a night under the stars at 505. It's time to ditch the nylon tent and enter our one of our glamping-approved teepees. It’s our favorite way to spend an evening in the elements without sacrificing the comforts you can't live without. Available to current homeowners, lot owners, and their guests.
